Receptionist

Our medical clinic is currently looking for a receptionist to join our young and dynamic team.

We are looking for a smiling, welcoming and dynamic person focused on customer service.

We attach particular importance to this position because you are the first person our patients come into contact with and therefore represents the image of our clinic.

Schedule:

• Full time – Permanent
• Monday to friday daytime
• 8h30 a.m. to 5h00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients when they arrive at the clinic
• Process correspondence (faxes, mail)
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries from patients
• Schedule and confirm appointments with our professionals
• Filing of patient medical records
• Data entry in our software (creation of new patients and update of information, scanning of prescriptions, etc.)
• Organization of the reception
• All other related tasks

• Computer proficiency (Office suite)
• Sense of organization and good management of priorities
• Autonomy, flexibility, communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (French / English)
• Experience in the medical field an asset
