Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

This is a Contract position in Montreal, QC posted May 10, 2022.

In the field of distribution and Canadian industry, our client is looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. Reporting to the Administrative Coordinator, the incumbent will act as a liaison between customers and company members, as well as provide office and communication support for the office and shop team. More specifically, his or her duties include:

– Greeting visitors and informing them of traffic rules (SST and COVID)
– Receive and direct calls, messages and mail to members of the organization
– Reserve rooms for meetings and ensure their compliance with equipment.
– Ensure the reporting of hours worked by production employees for payroll purposes as well as training hours
– Produce and send invoices to clients on the various platforms
– Provide office support to the engineering and sales teams
– Scan and file various documents
– Print various posters and labels for the workshop
– Assign chips, magnetic cards when hiring new employees
– Manage stationery and employee purchases such as glasses, boots and uniforms
– All other related tasks


Salary: 40.00
