Ref ID: 05070-0011054535 Classification: Receptionist/Switchboard Compensation: $36,000.00 to $36,000.00 per year Our client in Burlington is looking to add a Receptionist to their team The Receptionist will be responsible for the overall back end support of the day to day business.

The responsibilities of the Receptionist may include but are not limited to: Answering and directing calls for a multi-line switchboard Greeting visitors, completing visitor tags and sign in Distributing faxes and mail Filing, processing courier packages using FedEx, UPS and Purolator Ordering supplies Maintaining various spreadsheets Special projects Assist with administrative tasks for managers The ideal reception candidate possesses a positive, customer focused personality and have a minimum of 3 years of experience within a Reception/Customer Service Support Representative role.

In addition, the receptionist will be well-organized, able to manage time effectively, take direction well and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

The Receptionist will be a team-player; self-motivated and will have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
