Our client in commercial real estate services and investments is looking to add a Receptionist/Concierge to their successful team! This is a great opportunity to work for a large and highly reputable firm within the field!

While reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be liaising between several different departments and will be the first point of contact. If you are personable, customer service oriented and friendly candidate, this is a great opportunity for you!



This is a permanent and full time position. Monday-Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. The office is located in beautiful downtown Vancouver!   Responsibilities of a Receptionist/Concierge will be:

  • Assisting with reception tasks such as taking and directing inbound inquiries (via phone or email), greeting staff and guests, arranging courier services and mail delivery.
  • Coordinating meetings (including booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, coffee service, set-up/clean-up).
  • Ensuring all meeting rooms, kitchen/refresh areas are always clean and tidy. This will include managing the dishwashers, coffee machines, ordering supplies, and restocking.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required such as word processing, corporate/title searches, printing/scanning, maintaining employee phone lists, licenses.
  • Performs other facility related duties as assigned.


  • 2- 3 years of experience in front desk/reception/concierge
  • Professional phone manner
  • Strong customer service background
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor with a strong, professional customer service orientation
  • Friendly, outgoing, customer service oriented and professional attitude


  • $45,000 – $50,000 per year,   DOE
  • Extended health benefits (medical, dental, vision etc.)
