One of our biggest Clients, founded almost 50 years ago as a family business, is looking for a Receptionist/Executive Assistant to join their great team. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in one of Vancouver’s most successful and well-known businesses with family still at the core of their values.

This position will be temporary to start with a possibility of becoming permanent!


Our client is a market leader in the Property Management industry and is looking for a Receptionist/Executive Assistant who is always one step ahead, as the environment is fast-paced with ever-changing priorities.


This is a very important role in the company as their Receptionist is the “face and voice” of their Head Office. Both in person and on the phone and is required to provide positive interactions with both our internal and external customers.  


  • Responding to telephone calls and visitors, in a warm & welcoming manner
  • Managing and administering temporary access pass requests for guests, staff, 3rd party vendors and other identified visitors
  • Managing databases and filing systems, collating and filing expenses
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Ensuring office equipment is maintained and keeping the kitchen area clean, well stocked
  • Coordinating meeting arrangements as requested
  • Facilitating information flow by processing incoming and outgoing mail, email, faxes and courier deliveries
  • Creating forms, templates and works on special projects


  • 2-3 years of experience in office administration including front desk and reception
  • Executive Assistant experience is an asset! (can handle EA duties 2-3 hours everyday)
  • Excellent communication skills in English written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of calendar management
  • Professional, has a sense of urgency and accuracy with a can-do attitude
  • Friendly, approachable and works great within a team


  • Weekly pay
  • $24-$25 an hour
