ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting directly to the Office Services Manager, your duties will include:

• Manage and maintain scheduling and emails, drafting responses when necessary
• Prepare and draft various correspondence and documents
• Maintain efficient file management and a bring forward system
• Book travel, transportation, accommodations and so forth
• Prepare and coordinate necessary materials for meetings, presentations and department events
• Manage events and conferences, including client invites and registrations
• Liaising with other legal assistants, paralegals, and lawyers in a professional manner

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a support role (e.g. Executive/Personal Assistant, Legal Administrative Assistant, or Admin)
• Experience in a corporate receptionist role is an asset
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritize and complete high volumes of tasks within a given deadline
• Client-oriented approach

COMPENSATION

• $45,000 – $55,000
