Job Description

Hiring a Office Receptionist / Office Assistant

Start Date: November 20th

Finish Date: November 24th

Day Shift: 8:30am-5:00pm

The office administrator will coordinate logistics using SAP and interaction with third Party SC process owners to ensure a timely flow of product and data integrity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Front office professional
  • Answer telephone, screen calls, direct calls to ext.

    and take messages

  • Greet individuals entering office

    – speak, read and write English is a must

  • Deal with queries – provide general office support
  • Excellent customer service – organized and efficient
  • Faxing, photo copy, data entry – distribute and prepare mail

Pay: $13.00 an hour
