This is a Full-time position in undefined, undefined posted November 3, 2017.

Kelly Services has a customer located in Oakville who is looking for a Receptionist for their Head Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer phones in a professional manner
  • Greet customers, answer inquiries and direct calls
  • Issue PO’s to Vendors
  • Match PO’s to Invoices
  • Track loyalty program enrollments
  • Receive and send mail and courier packages
  • Manage FedEx and UPS accounts and billing
  • Maintain tracking records for Corporate Credit Card records
  • Arrange Go To Meetings
  • Ensure kitchen and boardroom is cleaned and maintained
  • Update staff directory periodically
  • Support construction department with tracking project budget, PO’s and other documentation
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Great telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work well independently
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Able to follow directions
  • Willing to learn

PERKS:

  • 1 year contract with potential to go longer
  • Work in a friendly work environment
  • Work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
