Job Summary:

As the Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our company.

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support.

Job Description:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls using a multi-line phone system, determine the purpose of call, and forward the call to the appropriate department or person
  • Greet visitors and guests professionally, determine the nature and purpose of their visit
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Collect, sort and distribute mail, messages and courier deliveries
  • Perform basic clerical duties

Required Experience / Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to interact with people in a positive and professional manner
  • Dependable and punctual
