RBC Dominion Securities Branch located in downtown Toronto, ON is looking for a Receptionist to join their team.

You will be supporting the business of an Investment Advisor by providing clients with exceptional service in an efficient and professional manner.

What will you do?

  • Answer incoming calls in a courteous, efficient and timely manner
  • Greet incoming clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist with opening mail and distribute as per Internal Controls
  • Assist with distribution, follow up and completion of branch reports

What do you need to succeed?

  • Superior Written and communication skills in English.
  • Organizational and administrative skills
  • Basic Microsoft office skills (word processing and spread sheets)
  • Financial experience
