Kelly Services is looking for an outstanding Receptionist for an opportunity in Downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting Clients on the phone and in person
  • Responding to all client and employee requests in a courteous and timely manner
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Calendar Management
  • Coordinate regular meetings and order catering as required
  • Maintain office appearance including lobby, boardroom and kitchen
  • Provide Administrative Support to the office as a whole as required.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of proven success in a Reception position within a Corporate Environment.

Advanced MS Office and the ability to pick up new computer systems are a must. Bilingual French/English is preferred, but not mandatory.
